  • Source identifier — a non-personal tracking value that tells us which version of our landing page you submitted from, used solely for marketing attribution and to understand which campaigns are most effective
  • Timestamp — the date and time of your submission, used for record-keeping

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, identification numbers, biometric data, or health information through our website forms.

  • To send you the full written outline of the Recovery Support Partner opportunity via WhatsApp
